This is a replacement thread protector that you can purchase in the event that you lose, or damage the thread protector that came with your Twin Tech threaded barrel. It is not necessary to purchase this protector with the threaded barrel because the barrel comes standard with this protector included.

Note: this thread protector has a 3/8"-24 UNF thread and is for Twin Tech SR 22 barrel part # (SR22TB-OEM) only, and will not fit Ruger factory barrels.

Also this protector will not fit over our 1/2-28 TPI suppressor adapters.
